Every item we receive is carefully reviewed to ensure it meets our quality standards before it’s added to our collection. Our standard inspection process checks for condition, cleanliness, and authenticity.

Collector’s Piece

Rare, vintage, or valuable item. May have imperfections due to age or uniqueness.

Excellent

Like-new condition with no visible signs of wear or washing.

Very Good

Gently used with no significant flaws. You might notice slight fading, pilling, or minor surface wear, typically around seams or hardware.

Good

Shows signs of previous wear but remains in solid, wearable shape. This may include light staining, minor pilling or fading, or up to two small holes.

Fair

Well-loved items with visible signs of use. May include:

• Heavier fading or pilling
• Small holes, snags, or marks
• Worn soles, stretched fabric, or general wear

As-Is

Items with clear flaws or damage. May include:

• Tears, heavy stains, broken parts, or missing components
• Sold at a discount
• Best for upcycling, repair, or parts
