Make Your Donation Pickup Easy & Efficient!
Thank you for choosing to donate! To help us serve you better, we kindly ask for a minimum of 8-10 bags or boxes of donated items for pickup. Please make sure all items are bagged or boxed and placed in a downstairs location for easy access. If there's an elevator available, we're happy to retrieve items from upstairs!
To ensure quality for those we serve, donations should be clean and in good condition—free from pet hair, stains, tears, or strong odors. We also ask that items be easily accessible so our team can safely load them onto the truck.
Our drivers will make the final call on accepting items based on their condition and our guidelines. We truly appreciate your support in making the donation process smooth and impactful for our community. Thank you for making a difference!

Items We Do Not Accept

Mattresses (except new or in original wrap), sofa sleepers, futons, car seats older than 4 years, and cribs of any kind.
Built-in Appliances including-dishwashers, stove top ranges, ovens, trash compactors and BBQ pits
Building supplies, paint, chemicals and household cleaners
Over sized desks, metal desks, and commercial office equipment
Technology and TV equipment over 4 years old, non-working electronics, floor model copiers, fax printers
Large items including- entertainment centers, pianos, pool tables, basketball hoops, fish tanks
Sharp objects including- knives and mirrors or glass without frames
Media including VHS Tapes and magazines
