Donation Guidelines

Bag/Box Requirements

We don't require a minimum number of bags or boxes if you're donating furniture. Otherwise, please have at least 8–10 bags or boxes, neatly packed and waiting in a ground-floor space for quick pickup; if an elevator is available, placing items upstairs is fine.

Clean & Accessible

All donations must be clean, odor-free, and in good repair—no pet hair, stains, or tears permitted. To keep pickup quick and safe, place items where our crew can roll them straight to the truck without heavy lifting, tight turns, or last-minute rearranging.

Driver Inspection

At pickup, our driver will give everything a quick visual check and make the final decision on what we can accept under our guidelines. Your care in preparing items helps us move fast, protect our team, and deliver quality goods to families who need them.
